Astrances
The delicate, star-shaped flowers of the large astrantia (Astrantia major) are perfect for brightening up a shady garden bed. The largest varieties can reach heights of over 70 cm, bearing their beautiful flower heads adorned with a myriad of tiny, colorful florets. The different available varieties range from silvery-white blooms, sometimes with a touch of pale pink, to vibrant shades of pink, ranging from cherry red to wine-red.
